Paid billing is processed by Razorpay — we do not store your card or payment method details. When analytics are enabled on a website, we also collect usage data such as pageviews, referrers, device, browser, approximate location, and IP address.

We use this information to provide and secure the service, process payments, measure website activity, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate (such as our payment processor and our transactional email provider) or when required by law.

When analytics are enabled, we record the IP address of each visit and show it to the owner of the website it belongs to. If you connect a website, you are responsible for telling its visitors about this collection as required by the law that applies to you.

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Analytics data is retained according to your plan — see the Pricing page for the current retention limits — and deleted or anonymized when that period ends.
