Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 7-day trial is free and no charge is made during it. We offer refunds for eligible subscription payments when requested within 14 days of the original charge. Refunds are available when the service has not been materially used during that period.

Contact us with the account email, the payment date, and the reason for your request, and we may ask for the information needed to verify the payment and account. Billing questions go to [email protected].

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page. Cancelling stops future billing — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which analytics access moves to the free tier.
